Logging In
To access Leaderful for the first time, they will click on the “Accept Invitation” button, which will take them to Leaderful and ask them to enter their first and last name:
Leaderful does not use passwords. Users will simply log into their account using their company email address. They will receive a 2FA code in their inbox, enter it, and then will be logged in.
Once in, they will be prompted to optionally set up their profile. This includes a survey asking them about their leadership goals and the skills they are interested in developing. Leaderful will then recommend content to them based on their inputs.
How to Update Leadership Goals
If they decided to bypass the onboarding process upon first log in, or would like to make changes to their initial learning goals, they can update these at any time under Profile Settings > Leadership Goals:
