Ask all your team members to complete the onboarding survey when they accept their invitation, or update their leadership goals if they skipped this step. This will ensure that everyone gets customized content recommendations.
Set up 1:1s to talk about growth goals with each member of your team and make a plan for how to use Leaderful to help meet them. Which specific skills and qualities will they focus on?
Play a video at the start of a meeting and challenge the group to try the technique suggested or ask them to respond to an idea presented.
Play a question from one of the Live Q&A sessions for your team. Go around and ask everyone how they would answer it. Then listen to the Q&A answer. Discuss.
Create a buddy system. Every team member is assigned or chooses a practice partner. Pairs are encouraged to try out the techniques they learn on one another. Regularly scheduled times will help ensure it happens.
Offer an incentive. Challenge team members: whoever gets the longest streak gets a special prize. Or lean into collaboration: if the whole team can get a week-long streak there will be a reward.
Pick a weekly or monthly theme from the qualities or skills section in the “Explore” tab. During that time period, the whole team will work together on developing in that area, using Leaderful as a resource.
At reviews with team members, look together at their Learning History in their profile tab. Talk about the skills and qualities they've worked on and reflect together on where they've grown the most and where they're still developing.
Name a Leaderful leader each week. That person is responsible for bringing a learning from the app to the team; they might do it by teaching the team something they learned during a meeting, creating their own video about it to share with other team members, or hanging a sign with a takeaway in a common space.
