There are two options for enrolling your team:
Available for groups of 50+ users:
Initial group enrollment with welcome emails, processed by our team
Please submit to us a CSV including first names, last names, and email addresses for your users
Please indicate which users should be granted initial admin access
Admins have visibility to see group engagement analytics and add/remove users
Our team will enroll your batch of users at a date and time of your choosing
Upon enrollment, users will immediately receive a welcome email from [email protected] with a link to access Leaderful
Users will log in with their email address and confirm a 2FA code which will be sent via email, Leaderful does not use passwords
We will notify your admins via email when the enrollment is complete
Note that our team handles initial enrollment but following that, admins can add and remove users
Available for groups of <50 users:
Self service enrollment with welcome emails, processed by your team
Please send us the first names, last names, and emails of the users that will be acting as admins for your organization and let us know when you’d like them to gain access
Admins will receive a welcome email with a link to access Leaderful and we will follow up with you to notify you to start inviting users
Admins will log in with their email address and confirm a 2FA code which will be sent via email, Leaderful does not use passwords
Once logged in, admins will be able to invite users to the organization. Please see Managing Users and Licenses as a Leaderful Admin.
Upon invitation, users will immediately receive a welcome email from [email protected] with a link to access Leaderful. Customizable welcome emails will be available in a future release.
