What uptime can I expect?
We do not currently offer a contractual SLA. Leaderful runs on AWS across multiple availability zones: redundant application servers behind a load balancer, a managed database cluster with a standby instance, automated daily backups retained for 30 days, and error monitoring that alerts the engineering team. We plan to publish uptime figures once public status monitoring is in place.

Which law governs the Terms?
The Leaderful Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
