How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you purchased your subscription directly through our website, you can cancel by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions in your account settings.
If your subscription was purchased through a third-party platform, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel your subscription through that platform’s subscription management system.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the subscription and its features through the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
After the current billing period ends, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
Our Cancellation Process
We do not require you to contact customer support, speak with a representative, complete surveys, or navigate unnecessary steps in order to cancel your subscription.
Refund Policy
Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges but does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid for the current billing period unless cancellation is within fourteen (14) days of purchase, where otherwise required by applicable law, or as set forth in the policies of the platform through which you purchased your subscription.
If your subscription was purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, refund requests must be made directly through that platform and are subject to the platform’s refund policies.
Direct Website Purchases
One-Time Purchases are refundable for a period of five (5) days after purchase if the Course is less than twenty-five percent (25%) complete.
