How to redeem your discount
Go to the Salute to Service page.
Select Verify your eligibility and choose the group that applies to you: Military or First Responder.
Fill out the SheerID verification form with your details.
Submit the form. In most cases, the page reloads automatically and your discount is applied at checkout.
If additional documentation is requested
SheerID may ask for extra documents to confirm eligibility. If this happens:
Follow the prompts from SheerID to upload the requested documentation.
Wait for SheerID to confirm your verification is complete.
Return to the Salute to Service page and fill out the verification form again.
Your discount should be approved immediately, since SheerID already has your confirmed record on file.
Troubleshooting
Discount didn't apply at checkout: Confirm you completed the SheerID verification fully, and that you're checking out with the same email you used to verify.
Verification was rejected: Re-check that the details you entered (name, service branch or department, dates) match your official records exactly, then resubmit.
