I Didn’t Receive My 6-Digit Login Code

Troubleshooting steps if you didn’t receive your login verification code.

If you didn’t receive your verification code, here are a few things to check:

1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Our login emails come from Optimism Accounts.
If the message was filtered, mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.

2. Confirm You Entered the Correct Email

Make sure you’re signing in with the same email address associated with your account or original purchase.

3. Wait a Few Minutes

Occasionally, email delivery can take a minute or two.

4. Try Sending a New Code

Return to the login screen and request a new verification code.
